Teikesha is an amazing realtor in the state of New Jersey.She reached out to me because she was ready to brand herself, and was looking for ways to separate herself from all of the other realtors under her franchise.

This project was particularly challenging, as her franchise has a great deal of restrictions on logos, colors and designs that their franchisees can use. Each design created for Teikesha needed to be submitted to a third-party for approval to ensure it fit their design metrics.

After developing the logo, I provided her with a full brand board and we then moved on to developing some digital marketing assets. A lot of her marketing is primarily done on social media platforms.

Teikesha walked away from this project with a brand new logo, a letterhead, envelope designs, a complete marketing goodie bag for her new clients, and social media templates for marketing. Her website is currently under construction as we work to refine her copy.
